Medallion Lighting Warranty


Medallion Lighting warrants that its products are free of manufacturer’s defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of the products delivery. Medallion Lighting does not assume liability or responsibility for any damage caused by the improper installation, shipping and handling, maintenance or use of the product. Products that are proven defective during this time will be repaired or replaced at the option of Medallion Lighting. The purchaser shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the removal, repacking and reinstallation of the product for repairs or replacement. The warranty covers the replacement or repairs of the product only and does not imply coverage for incurred freight expenses or loss of revenue while the product is out of service.

  • To file a warranty claim and determine if your products qualify for service, please email a description of the problem with digital photos to: sales@medallionlighting.com
  • Goods should not be returned without prior written authorization and issuance of a specific Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

This warranty is given in lieu of all other guarantees, whether expressed or implied. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty extends or exclusions or limits; therefore, the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
